UNIQLO Optimization
Uniqlo enlisted our help to optimize their site to address recent business concerns. Using our e-commerce experience, we quickly identified key UX issues that were inhibiting the user from easily navigating the site. Our goal was to create a shopping experience that is simplified, familiar, and matched the expectations of a potential UNIQLO customer. We rapidly prototyped new concepts, and validated them through multiple user testing sessions at the flagship NYC Store.

User Testing
We had two separate user testing sessions to validate our designs at the flagship Fifth Avenue Store. We were responsible for finding our ownparticipants, which ended up being very difficult, as many people did not have the time for a 30 minute user testing session. We asked users to complete tasks, as well as gauge their understanding of UNIQLO branded product categories .
